A consultation is completed before the first session starts, where all details that are provided by the client are kept in strictest confidence. A Reiki & Crystal session generally last approx 50 to 60 minutes. Individual sessions of either Reiki or crystals are also available. The treatment is generally carried out with the client lying down (or sitting if preferred) in a comfortable, relaxing environment. Once the treatment starts, the Reiki may be felt as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations or nothing at all. Each person is unique, and no two treatments will be the same. Some people will fall asleep, others will become very relaxed. At the end of the appointment, the client will be advised that the session is ending and they are given the time and space to ‘come to’ and discuss any feedback from the session. The client will be advised to drink plenty of water to help the body detoxify, and also take rest which will allow the energy to continue to work even after the session has ended. |
