Crystals have long been recognised as potent sources of energy that have unique healing properties. Each type of crystal has its own qualities corresponding to the mineral from which it originates, and they interact with the energy fields surrounding people and energy points known as chakras. They work wherever they are needed, cleansing the body of toxins, releasing blocked energies, energising and re-balancing the body.

Crystal healing is administered while the patient sits or lies fully clothed on a couch in a suitable room. A session will last for approx one hour. Where appropriate crystals are used on the major chakras, and on the actual part of the body where the problem may be, in order to relieve symptoms. As a result, all the chakras become balanced and energy fields cleansed, leaving the patient feeling balanced and refreshed.

Crystal therapy treats the whole body rather than just the manifestation of symptoms and helps maintain the balance once the ailments are overcome. Conditions which can be relieved including depression, anxiety, insomnia, tension and stress, menstrual, menopausal problems, back pain, sciatica, arthritis, skin complaints, also migraine and many other ailments. There is no pressure on the body so it is also ideal for the elderly through to the very young.
